Insurance & Payment Options

The rebate available from Medicare is $96.65 per session.
A standard 50min session cost is $170.00, which (after you receive the rebate of $96.65), leaves you out of pocket the ‘gap’ fee of $73.35 per session.
If you are a concession / pension card holder we offer a discounted rate of $130.00 per session, which (after the rebate) leaves you out of pocket $33.35 per session.
Clients are required to pay the full session rate at the time of their appointment. As soon as confirmation of payment is received we lodge the Medicare claim on your behalf and the $96.65 is deposited back into your bank account the next business day.
For private health funds, please contact your fund to discuss eligible claim/coverage amounts (e.g., 85% of the session fee).

Private clients (without GP referral) are charged at $222.99 per session. This amount is in line with the current NDIS session rate. There is no difference to the quality of service provided to clients whether they have a disability or not, and as such, we do not agree with NDIS participants paying higher session rates from their NDIS funding than clients who do not have a disability.
